Stage one
Phoenix Preventer Compact Mobile designed for installation in underground car parks, multi-storey car parks, and public spaces with designated electric vehicle parking areas. Similar to a fire extinguisher, this Preventer is installed at a specific location and can be deployed within a range of 25 metres in the event of a fire. A prerequisite is the installation of a water connection via a hose reel.
This type of Preventer does not require a power supply and is equipped with an optical smoke detector at the installation site to indicate its position in case of heavy smoke development during a fire.
Of course, this version can also be flexibly used in private settings.
Stage two
Phoenix Preventer Private Home Guard
Protect what matters most — your home, your garage, and your vehicle. The Phoenix Preventer Private Home Guard is purpose-built for EV charging areas and electric vehicle parking spaces, delivering dependable protection through continuous, real-time fire monitoring.
Featuring advanced electronics, intelligent sensor-driven control technology, and a dual water supply system, it provides the highest level of safety in the event of a lithium-ion battery fire. By monitoring temperature increases at multiple points beneath the vehicle’s battery pack, the system reacts instantly and fully automatically, flooding both the battery area and the surrounding floor surface.
The Private Home Guard can be installed flush with the parking surface or mounted directly on the floor, ensuring uninterrupted monitoring whenever an electric vehicle is parked. The result is state-of-the-art fire protection technology — designed to safeguard building structures while delivering precise, reliable damage mitigation.
This version is also ideally suited for flexible deployment in private residential environments.
Phoenix Preventer Marine Ship Guard
is a specialised version of the Phoenix Preventer developed for watercraft such as car ferries and vehicle transport ships. Like the compact mobile version, it can be installed either on or below deck, with the option of fixed installation also available. Due to the specific structural requirements on ships, alternative water supply components are used, which are similar in principle and function to those in other Preventer models. The Marine Guard Preventer provides enhanced fire safety at sea, contributes to the protection of ship structures, and helps reduce fire-related damage.
